We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to support a fast‑growing importer and distributor of innovative home and outdoor products—items you’ll see at retailers like Home Depot. This role is perfect for an HR professional who enjoys building structure, and improving culture.
Responsibilities of the HR Manager- Lead internal culture initiatives, including community‑building and volunteer engagement
- Oversee benefits administration and upcoming renewal cycles
- Create, update, and maintain HR policies and the employee handbook
- Build an organized onboarding process
- Support A/P–related HR tasks tied to logistics and distribution needs
- Collaborate with remote employees and teams across two offices and warehouse operations
What We’re Looking For- 3–5+ years of HR Manager or HR experience in a growing, fast-paced company
- Preferred: experience with ADP and handling 1099 contractors
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite with flexibility for occasional remote days once trained
