Our client is a highly successful global software company which is positioned for exciting growth. As part of its next stage of development, we are looking an experienced senior operator to drive sales growth across key areas of its global business.

This is a key role as part of an exciting growth phase for an already successful software company. It will work across key divisions (including acquired businesses) to drive sales motions and success across global teams. You must have a senior sales leadership background in SaaS, including a strong focus on MEDDIC or similar, with a proven track record in driving the scaling of highly successful teams.

Your background should include leading sales teams in driving sales methodologies and strategies to grow revenues in target markets.

• Develop existing successful teams, plus expanding the business.
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
• Guide business leaders on sales strategies and how to best build successful teams, including utilising MEDDIC methodology, etc.
• Drive alignment between teams, including with marketing, pre-sales, and services teams to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong 'hands-on' senior leadership and track record in SaaS, including scaling high-growth businesses/teams.
• Ability to recruit, inspire and retain top talent.
• Strong leadership skills, experienced in working in a collaborative environment.
• Proven experience in implementing highly successful sales methodologies.

• Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and leading teams to exceed quotas.
